Kate Pashayan is a Brooklyn-based artist of Armenian heritage whose multidisciplinary practice explores the intersections of perception, identity, and the human experience. Working across mixed media, her art is rooted in observation, reflection, and critical inquiry, examining the relationship between individual perspective and collective understanding.

With a background spanning design, creative entrepreneurship, and AI infrastructure tech, Pashayan brings an unconventional perspective to her artistic practice. She studied design at Drexel University and previously founded an independent personal styling and buying business before pursuing a career in the technology sector. Her experiences across creative and analytical disciplines inform an approach shaped by curiosity, independent thinking, and an interest in the ways people interpret the world around them.

At the center of her practice is an ongoing exploration of how we see, assign meaning to, and connect with our surroundings.
